Tiffany is a certified SoulFlow™ Master Practitioner, BodyBased™ Multi-Modality Somatic Coach, Love Vibe Facilitator, Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki ART Master, and Board-Certified Global Energy Method™ Master Practitioner through the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners (AANWP) and American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Tiffany integrates energy healing, somatics, and embodiment practices to guide women back home in their bodies and to the wisdom within.
SoulFlow™ has held Tiffany through so much in her life, especially postpartum. It allowed her to get back into her body to reconnect with a part of herself that was lost.
Tiffany believes movement is medicine and is excited to bring the magic of this practice to help support other women on their journey!
