I've led dozens of international retreats and co-facilitated 22 yoga teacher trainings. Now, it's time to bring SoulFlow™ Embodiment to the masses!!
I don’t do what I’m told, I do what feels good in my body. The result? I have sold over 7,200 courses, worked with visionaries worldwide, and made 1 million in sales. DOING WHAT I LOVE working 20 hours a week, OR LESS.
I live and lead from the body and that's how I found SOULFLOW embodiment...
This practice birthed a vision -- me speaking on stages.
I was like? What ... little ole me on the big stages Ive seen so many tackle!! Surely not!
Until, in a matter of 4 MONTHS, I found myself speaking on not just one stage but SIX stages around the United States pregnant with my baby girl.
I couldn't be more excited to bring this practice to the forefront of my life, deepening what I've known deeply for over 12 years.
