Join Carrie & Courtney on March 29 for a special SoulFlow™ embodiment experience! In this workshop, we will work with the energy of the new moon and partial solar eclipse to call in playful dreamy energy, creativity, and deeper connection to our body’s intuition.
With body-led journaling, inner child meditation, and upbeat music, we will cultivate more playfulness and joy. It’s easy to get swept away in the “seriousness” of our world—with work, responsibilities, the political climate, etc.—that we often lose touch with the things that we loved to do just because they were fun.
