This is a 7 class series built around the chakra energetic system. We will be doing SoulFlow™ weekly for 7 weeks. They will be taking place on Sundays for an hour long class each week either at 11:00am EST or 7:30pm EST. You can join the entire series for $111 OR drop in to classes that feel aligned to you for $22 each.
This is the EMPOWER series.
Class 1-Embody (grounding, roots, root chakra connect to your body, listen to its messages)
Class 2-Manifest (sacral, sensual, calling in your desires physically, making love to desires)
Class 3-Play (solar, personal power, fun, upbeat, silly)
Class 4-Open (heart chakra, open physically, open to receiving, open to love, ideas, possibilities)
Class 5- Wake (third eye opener, intuition, waking up to your connecting, trusting yourself & the universe)
Class 6-Empower (crown, higher self, standing talk in your queenness, Beyoncé, wearing your crown with pride, holding your head up
Class 7-Revel (throat, celebrate, shout, whoo!, scream, dance, JOY- physically & emotionally, BLISS)
