SoulFlow™ is an intuitive movement practice and does not follow any choreography. It’s an opportunity to listen to your body and move your body as much or as little as you want. You will receive benefits from this practice just by being in the container. We invite you to go all out, feel the sensations your body is experiencing, and stretch the boundaries of your comfort. Andee will be teaching a Heart Opening SoulFlow™ class for new and intermediate participants!
