and will be held in a private zoom room.
The room will open at a few minutes before the practice begins at 3:10pm PST for you to come in and get settled. Due to the nature of the practice, please arrive early and turn off all distractions. We will close the doors to the room promptly at 3:15pm PST.

- Have a glass of water and your journal handy
